1. Appointments

We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist and we do hope that you choose us!

We offer same-day appointments when available and if you have an emergency, you can count on us to make you a priority.

If for any reason you cannot keep a reserved appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible to reschedule.

2. Insurance and Billing

If you have insurance, we will work with you to help determine the coverage available. While our commitment is to provide quality care directly to you, the responsibility for payment lies between you and your insurance company. In some cases, insurance may cover less than the full cost of treatment. In such cases, you will be responsible for covering the remaining balance.

We accept the assignment of benefits, which allows your insurance provider to pay us directly, and we will bill you for any remaining amount. Our team is happy to assist with filing claims and addressing insurance questions from our office.

3. Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and most major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. 

Feel free to contact our office if your treatment plan requires more comprehensive dental work and you want to discuss financial arrangements.

If you are looking for a monthly payment option, we do offer CareCredit in our office. CareCredit is here to help you pay for treatments and procedures your insurance does not cover. They offer No Interest* financing or low minimum monthly payment options so you can get what you want, when you want it.
