1. Appointments

We understand you have many choices when selecting a dentist, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to care for you and your family.

We offer same-day appointments when available, and if you’re experiencing a dental emergency, our team will make every effort to see you promptly and prioritize your care.

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment or anticipate a delay, we kindly ask that you contact our office as soon as possible so we can assist with rescheduling.

2. Insurance and Billing

If you have dental insurance, our team will gladly help you understand and maximize your available benefits. While we are committed to providing you with the highest quality care, coverage and payment are determined by your insurance provider.

Please note that some treatments may not be fully covered. Any remaining balance after insurance processing is the patient’s responsibility.

For your convenience, we accept assignment of benefits, meaning your insurance company can pay us directly. We will then bill you for any portion not covered.

Our team is always here to assist with insurance claims, questions, and support to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible.

3. Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and most major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.

If your treatment requires more extensive care, our team is happy to discuss flexible payment options.

We also offer financing through CareCredit, which provides convenient monthly payment plans, including no-interest options for qualified patients—so you can get the care you need, when you need it.
