1. Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist and we do hope that you choose us!
We offer same-day appointments when available and if you have an emergency, you can count on us to make you a priority.
If for any reason you cannot keep a reserved appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible to reschedule.
2. Insurance and Billing
Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your insurance since we accept and are in network with many PPO insurance plans.
Dental Associates of Rockville, LLC does not participate in Health Management Organizations (DMO or HMO).
We are happy to file your insurance for reimbursement, with the understanding that you are able to choose your own dentist and that your patient copay is due when services are rendered.

3. Payment Options
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and most major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed.
Feel free to contact our office if your treatment plan requires more comprehensive dental work and you want to discuss financial arrangements.
If you are looking for a monthly payment option, we do offer CareCredit in our office. CareCredit is here to help you pay for treatments and procedures your insurance does not cover. They offer No Interest* financing or low minimum monthly payment options so you can get what you want, when you want it.
